TEST BENCH FACILITIES

QuantiParts has in the Zwolle premises a modern, fully functioning engine test bench facility for testing combustion engines from QuantiParts, Wärtsilä or other brands.

Possible to test:

• High speed engines
• Power range: 280-2200 kW
• Speed range: 1000 – 2350 rpm
• Other engine speed / output to be discussed in advance

Standard test scope:

• Installation on test bench
• Calibrating of measurement equipment
• Running-in according standard procedure
• Factory Acceptance Test, report of measurements included
• Removal of engine
• Preservation of engine for 1 year stand still

Rates:

• For standard test scope rates are between 5000 and 9000 euro, depending on engine size
• Duration of standard test scope is between 3 and 5 working days
• For engine types that have not been tested before, new adapters have to be made, which brings additional costs/work
• Fuel and lubrication oil consumption is not included and charged according actual costs
