Engine specifications:

QuantiParts has in the Hattem premises a modern, fully functioning engine test bench facility for testing combustion engines from QuantiParts, Wärtsilä or other brands.

High speed engines
Power range: 280-2200 kW
Speed range: 1000 – 2350 rpm
Other engine speed / output to be discussed in advance

Standard test scope:

Calibrating of measurement equipment

Installation on test bench

Running-in according standard procedure

Factory Acceptance Test, report of measurements included

Removal of engine

Preservation of engine for 1 year stand still

Rates:

For standard test scope rates are between 5000 and 9000 euro, depending on engine size, exclusive fuel and lubrication oil consumption

Duration of standard test scope is between 3 and 5 working days

For engine types that have not been tested before, new adapters have to be made, which brings additional costs/work
