Configurations: A, B and C.
Cylinders: 4,6 cyl. in line and 8, 10 and 12 cyl. As v-engine.
Bore: ø 280mm
Stroke: 360mm
The Wichmann Diesel Engine type 28, is a two-stroke engine scavenged by hydraulically powered fan for low load operations and good low load response. 28 engines is monoblock type, and cylinder liners have integrally casts cooling water jackets. The pistons are oil cooled.
